G-Resources is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. Having poured our first gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving the ramp up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. The Martabe Gold Mine is striving to maintain an excellent track record in responsible mining practices, and clear commitment to compliance to mining regulations as well as developing and managing mining activities with the involvement of local communities.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

Supervisor Monitoring (ENV 0232)
This position will be based in Martabe Project and reports directly to the Superintendent Technical Services.

Role of this position is responsible to organize the field sampling and measurement programs of air quality and water quality. In addition the position is responsible for maintaining data and information gained from the monitoring programs in highly organised manner. The sampling programs at Martabe are required to meet both G-PTAR Martabe internal operation and external compliance monitoring requirements and hence are critical to project success. Works to be undertaken by Supervisor Monitoring includes the scheduling and implementation of the field programs (equipment, manpower, and materials), data review and reporting. Field work associated with this role include periodic travel to sampling and measurements sites (often by foot over long distances) to make sure the field data collection is meet with high standard site requirements.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. University Degree in Environmental, Chemistry, Metallurgy or Mining.
2. Good level of spoken and written English
3. Have 3 years previous experience in similar role on mining industry.
4. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others as part of a team and contribute to a harmonious working environment
5. Have strong leadership
6. Enthusiasm, self motivation and the ability to maintain direction and achieve work objectives with minimum supervision.
7. Computer literate i.e. spreadsheet, presentation, reporting
8. Have L/V Drivers License (SIM A).

Supervisor Compliance (ENV 0231)
This position will be based in Martabe Project and reports directly to the Superintendent Compliance & Reporting.

Role of this position is responsible to ensure that all activities undertaken in all operational areas are undertaken in accordance with PTAR”s environmental policies, ANDAL, RKL, and RPL requirements, Permits, Governments of Indonesia regulations and other related National and International regulations.

The position will develop and implement environmental compliance programs as well as undertake regular inspections and audits of hydrocarbon and waste management. The position will also coordinate compliance sampling in these areas as required and will review and report on the environmental monitoring programs. Reports must be provided for internal and external purposes.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. University Degree in Environmental Management, Chemistry, Metallurgy or Mining.
2. Good level of spoken and written English
3. Have 3 years previous experience in similar role on mining industry
4. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others as part of a team and contribute to a harmonious working environment
5. Have strong leadership

Senior Supervisor Land Management (CR 0120)
This position will be based in Martabe Project and reports directly to the Land Management Superintendent.

Role of this position is responsible to assisting Land Management Superintendent to complete the process of the land acquisition and ensures all land acquisition and uses are in accordance with the applicable government regulations. Maintain and established good and professional relationship with local government institutions and government land team. Make sure that company operation and supporting facilities will not go beyond the COW boundaries. Monitoring and secure land that has been compensated.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree in Social, Economic, or Law. Preferably Master Degree in Law
2. Minimum 7 years experience of Land Acquisition
3. Have a self-motivation discipline and ability to work as a Team Leader as well as a part of the team.
4. Sufficient knowledge on the applicable regulations particularly on land administration.
5. Good communication and report writing skills in Indonesian and English languages.
6. Have a good, strong, pleasant and professional personality, with ability to easily adopt with changing government institution environment.
7. Willing to work on high pressure conditions.
8. Able to work and under control in an outrageous situation especially when dealing with the community
9. Preferably experience in Mining Company
10. An understanding of the principles and practices of demographic research and analysis would be desirable

GIS Services Supervisor (CR 0118)
This position will be based in Martabe Project and reports directly to the Land Management Superintendent.

Role of this position is responsible to assisting Land Management Superintendent for land owner inventory, forestry, plantation, and mining right as land permitting (data spatial and document). Undertaking GIS analyst, data presentation and map production. Made and manage all data spatial (maps), which have connection to all clients (easy up to date, easy to access).

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Graduated from D III GIS remote sensing.
2. Geodetic Bachelor degree graduated is preferred
3. Proven GIS skills with experience in : Managing GIS related project involving data capture, analysis, and mapping.
4. Computer skills including the use of complex databases and spreadsheets, and specific software such as ArcGIS or Map info.
5. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Supervisor Land Management (CR 0119)
This position will be based in Martabe Project and reports directly to the Senior Supervisor Land Management.

Role of this position is responsible to assist the completion of the process of the land acquisition and ensures all land acquisition and uses are in accordance with the applicable government regulations. This position is also assist Land Management team in defining land requirements for mine site area and monitoring the land has been compensated.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree in Social, Economic, or Law
2. Strong communication skills, especially with local people
3. Knowledge of Agrarian Law as well as customary law
4. At least three year experience in Land Affairs.
5. An understanding of the principles and practices of demographic research and analysis would be desirable role
