PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.

One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

1. Mechanical Engineering Senior Supervisor (Code: MES)
1.1 Minimum 5 years experiences to involve Capital & Operating project in Mining Industry (Coal, Nickel, Gold, etc)
1.2 Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
1.3 Having good knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, specific: Bulk Material Handling Equipment (Crusher, Screen, Feeder, Conveyor, Stacking & Reclaimer), Infrastructure & Utility Facility (Power supply, Fuel Handling, Water Supply System& HVAC
1.4 Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office, etc
1.5 Good Command in English both oral and written
1.6 Good Understanding the standard role of the Mechanical works, piping, etc
1.7 Highly self motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hard working, good initiative & team work
1.8 Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area

2. Electrical Engineering Senior Supervisor (Code: ESS)
2.1 Minimum 5 years experiences to involve Capital & Operating project in Mining Industry (Coal, Nickel, Gold, etc)
2.2 Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
2.3 Having good knowledge in Electrical Engineering, specific: Medium Voltage & Low voltage for power distribution system to Crushing Plant, Screening Station, Stacking & Reclaimer, Building & Infrastructure Facility, etc
2.4 Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office, etc
2.5 Good Command in English both oral and written
2.6 Good understanding the standard role of the Electrical works
2.7 Highly self motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hard working, good initiative & team work
2.8 Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area

3. Project Engineer Superintendent (Code: PES)
Requirements:
3.1 Minimum 10 years experiences to supervise Capital Project in Mining Industry (Coal, Nickel, gold, etc)
3.2 Bachelor of Civil/Mechnical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university
3.3Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office, etc
3.4 Good Command in English both oral and written
3.5 Strong Background in Management or Project
3.6 Highly self motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hard working, good initiative & team work
3.7 Good Understanding the standard rule of the project delivery system
3.8 Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area

Responsibilities:
3.9 Establishes the Engineering Plan. Coordinates the Engineering Plan with overall project requirements
3.10 Provides Engineering directions and support for the procurement and construction groups in the formulation of the procurement and construction plans
3.11 Recommends the selections of consultants, design contractors, major equipment suppliers, and construction contractors
3.12 Review and recommends approval for payment of all engineering contractor invoices.
3.13 Resolves any technical problems and makes appropriate recommendations to the Project Manager Engineering
3.14 Developing the project Quality Assurance Program for the total project in accordance with the company manual and procedures

4. Project Controller Superintendent (Code: PCS)
Requirements:
4.1 Minimum 10 years experiences to supervise Capital Project in Mining Industry (Coal, Nickel, gold, etc)
4.2 Bachelor of Civil/Mechnical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university
4.3 Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office, etc
4.4 Good Command in English both oral and written
4.5 Strong Background in Management or Project
4.6 Highly self motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hard working, good initiative & team work
4.7 Good Understanding the standard rule of the project delivery system
4.8 Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area

Responsibilities:
4.9 Explain Project’s objective to project estimators and Analyst and ensures that they grasp the concept and estimate correctly
4.9 Provision of estimates for all engineering projects and reviews estimated costs with Project Manager for completeness
4.10 Monitor on periodic basis cost performance against budget
4.11 Check and investigate variance between budget quantity and actual/forecast cost of components in a project
4.12 Advise the Project Manager on the variation of project costs commitment, and recommend for appropriate variation settlement
4.13 Create and update the Engineering and Procurement phase schedule of the project
4.14 Identify critical paths on the project and advise the Project Manager
