Construction Supervisor
Central Kalimantan
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the project plans and milestone are being met and keeping a project on schedule in budget and estimation cost
2. Implementation of methods and technology associated with infrastructures systems and construction programs
3. Lead, monitor and control mine infrastructure projects
4. Coordinating activities to construct capital project comprising Safety procedures and resolving any dispute which may arise on the site with minimum supervision
5. Knowledgeable with the construction industry

Experience Required:
1. Associate Degree (S1) in Civil / Structural Engineering with leadership qualities
2. Minimum 4 or 5 years experience as Construction Supervisor, mainly from Construction/Mining companies
3. Excellent experience managing construction teams and controlling budgets
4. Required experiences in Construction of Hauling Roads, Barge, Jetty Port, Docks, Crusher, Rom Stock Pile and Product Complete
5. Sound knowledge of construction site safety procedures, K3 / HSE
6. Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Auto CAD, CorelDraw, MS Project, and Civil 3D
7. Willing to relocate to site

Geotechnical Engineer
(Central Kalimantan)
Job Description and Responsibilities:
To perform geotechnical assessment, field monitoring, develop and produce standards in geotechnical related activities to ensure safe and environmentally reliable production, and providing geotechnical expertise and services to other departments.

Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining/Civil Engineering
• Having "Pratama (POP) or Madya (PON)" Certification is preferable
• Have the ability to develop geotechnical standards, and conducting geotechnical assessment, and have knowledge of geotechnical and mine environmental in supporting mine production activities. With minimum of 3 years experiences
• Having Superior Skills in: Geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement, Geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software.

HSE Superintendent
(Central Kalimantan)
Tanggung Jawab:
1. Membangun, menerapkan dan mengembangkan Sistem Manajemen HSE perusahaan
2. Organisir departemen HSE
3. Menetapkan obyektif, program, target (OTP) departemen HSE
4. Melaksanakan Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) untuk seluruh kegiatan proyek serta melakukan assistansi terhadap Departemen lainnya dalam penyusunan HIRA
5. Pengajuan anggaran (budget) serta melakukan kontrol penggunaan budget disesuaikan dengan program kerja

Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

9. Hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate is an advantage.

Mine Engineer - Short Term

Planning & Project Control
(Central Kalimantan)
Key Activities:
• Responsible for the preparation, monitoring and reporting on project plans and schedules. Interfacing with and collating of progress updates from Contractor and Sub Contractor to reflect the latest status of Project Schedule.
• Carry out periodic reviews at each project to ensure the implementation of planning and scheduling systems and procedures achieve the desired level of accuracy and quality to meet Project requirements.
• Review weekly and monthly progress reports from Contractor and advise Project Management Team of any potential shortfalls or negative trends on each of the individual projects.
• Work with Contractor or Project Team member to ensure that they adhere to the appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in setting up the initial cost data bases for their respective portions of the project.
• Monitor spending on a contract specific basis versus progress and forecast to complete data.
• Monitor project procurement activities and makes adjustments for timing and procurement cost deviations.
• Ensuring active engagement of team members by delegation of tasks to the appropriate person both on a long term and on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• The candidate shall have extensive experience in the establishment of project schedules, status reporting, cost engineering & administration, and advising management in mining projects.
• Must be able to coordinate with engineering, administration, management and field personnel to insure compatibility with all interface areas of the project.
• Must also have hands on experience of modern computerized planning packages in particular; MS Project and knowledge of other software packages related to cost engineering and administration.

Production Supervisor
(Central Kalimantan)
Requirements:
• S1 Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in the mining industry.
• Strong experience in an open pit coal mining environment.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Computer literate.

Shipping / Transshipment Logistics
(Jakarta)
Requirement:
• Male
• Minimum D-3/ S1 Degree in any discipline
• Shipping Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (subject to experience), preferably 5 years or more in coal shipping & transshipment
• Experience in managing shipment schedules (Mother Vessels/ Barges / Floating Cranes/ Jetty)
• Experience in reporting, compiling and analyzing shipment reports (pre/post/current conditions)
• Experience with monitoring loading process and cargo quality handling management at mother vessels/barges/floating cranes/jetty/anchorage
• Experience in managing all related shipping documents, contracts & admin (budget planning)
• Result & goal oriented, high mobility
• Coordination & people management skills
• Experience in managing and communicating shipping operation related correspondences (English & Bahasa)
• Adaptive and work well with others under pressure (24 hour business)

System Development Officer
Tanggung Jawab:
• Membuat draft design SOP yang diajukan oleh seluruh departemen dalam perusahaan
• Melakukan review terhadap SOP-SOP baru dari seluruh Department dalam perusahaan
• Mengawasi kesesuaian SOP yang ada dengan alur Business Process perusahaan
• Melakukan review secara berkala terhadap SOP yang sudah ada (min. 1 tahun sekali)
• Mengumpulkan seluruh dokumen yang terkait dengan SOP
• Memfilling dan menyimpan seluruh dokumen dari Dept. sesuai dengan peruntukan kebutuhan persiapan ISO 9001, ISO 14001 dan OHSAS 18001
• Memberikan konsultasi terhadap departemen yang ingin melakukan perubahan SOP
• Memastikan seluruh SOP sudah sesuai dan diterapkan di perusahaan
• Memastikan pengembangan terhadap SOP yang ada
• Mereview dan mengembangkan SOP untuk SITE

Persyaratan:
• Mengerti tahapan pembuatan SOP dan proses sertifikasi
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang ISO 9001; ISO 14000 dan OHSAS 18001
• Mengerti kriteria pembuatan SOP
• S1. Teknik Industri/ Teknik Sipil/Tambang/Geodesi
• Mengerti penggunaan Microsoft Office (termasuk Visio)
• Memiliki keahlian presentasi
• Memiliki keahlian menganalisa keterkaitan setiap SOP
• Diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman kerja di lapangan (tambang/site)
