PT. Omega Mining Services is a mining contractors company that are now developing coal mine project in East Kalimantan. Applicants are invited to join PT. Omega Mining Services as positions below:

1. Technical Services Superintendent (TSE)

- Min. Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil / Geology
- Have POP certification
- Understand short-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
- Able to operate minescape mining software. Proficiency on using XPAC is an advantage

2. Mining SENIOR Supervisor (MSV)

- Min. Diploma degree with extensive experience
- Experience for min. 4 years
- Familiar with heavy equipment
- Have the POP certification and other related work licenses
- Able to operate supporting system and understand related rules and regulations
- Able to supervise the mining operation process (land clearing, coal mining, overburden removal, dumping, spreading, stock piling)
- Posses strong leadership skill and able to lead the team

3. Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor (HSS)

- Min. Diploma degree
- Had experience at the same position for min. 2 years
- Understand HSE management system, including the implementation of JSA (Job Safety Analyst) and other related policies

4. Mechanical Supervisor (SMA)

- Min. Diploma Degree with extensive experience
- Having the knowledge about heavy equipment and related mechanical tools
- Conduct maintenance planning and monitor its execution
- Able to identify problem and take corrective action
- Able to allocate resources to conduct equipment maintenance
- Assist superintendent in developing standard operational procedures

5. Mechanic Foreman (MCF)

- Having the knowledge about heavy equipment and related mechanical tools
- Able to identify problem and take corrective action
- Good work habits
- Had experience at the same position for min. 2 years

6. Engineer (ENG)

- Degree in engineering
- Strong ability in analyzing production process including all related equipment
- Familiar with mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
- Able to operate minescape and XPAC mining software

7. IT Representative (ITR)

IT Representative will be located at site
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Network function or similar role
- Preferably have been working with the mining industry and located at the project/site for at least 1 year
- Posses customer service orientation
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Good team work

8. Project Secretary (PJS)

Project Secretary will be located at site with main responsibility to assist Project Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a project secretarial or similar role preferably within the industry.
- Able to effectively carry out duties within tight time frames
- High attention to detail for all aspects of secretarial responsibilities is a must
- Proficient in English
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Advanced MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) skills
- Knowledge of controlling correspondence and documents including ability to maintain both electronic and hard copy filing as per project procedures
- Diplomatic manner and able to keep sensitive information confidential
